Patrice Grant Appointed HPL Client Services Director


Patrice Grant has joined the team at High Performance Learning, Inc. as Client Services Director, a new position for the firm. She will be responsible for helping client organizations drive business results by successfully implementing HPL’s performance improvement training programs and consulting services.

Grant’s 20-year career has focused primarily in the human resource management, high-tech staffing and consulting industries as a business solutions provider. She was previously with Aberdeen Group, building strategic relationships with Human Capital Management (HCM) firms while gaining extensive knowledge in HCM research related to talent and workforce management, employee engagement and learning, and talent acquisition. She also managed and operated a specialized staffing company, where she successfully built a practice serving the flexible staffing needs of her clients.

Grant earned her MBA degree from Bentley University and bachelor’s degree in economics from Westfield State University. She is a Marlborough resident with her husband and two sons.

Since 1994, High Performance Learning, Inc. (HPL) has provided a wide range of performance improvement consulting services and results-oriented training programs to more than 300 manufacturing, financial service, high-tech, and government clients across the country. The grant program is administered by the Commonwealth Corporation.
