Steven Aronson is President & CEO of High Performance Learning, Inc. Steve is also the Practice Leader for HPL’s Change Management Services. His clients have included: Acme Packet, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Century Bank, eClinicalWorks, Hewlett-Packard, Middlesex Savings Bank, PTC, NaviSite, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to founding HPL in 1994, Steve was a founding partner and Senior Vice President of Organizational Dynamics, Inc (ODI). He received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.

Wendy Barnes is HPL’s Practice Leader for HPL’s Sales & Customer Service training programs and services. Ms. Barnes’ clients have included: ASME International, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Brookline Bank, Century Bank, Ciba-Geigy, Clairol, Delta Dental Plan, LogMeIn, Middlesex Savings Bank, Manor Health Care, Nestle Corporation, NMTW Credit Union, Pegasystems, Pepsi Cola N.A., Polar Beverage, Prudential Insurance, PTC, Structure Tone, Texaco, UniBank, the U.S. Postal Service, EPA, State Department, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Library of Congress. David Dennen, Ph.D. is HPL’s Practice Leader for HPL’s Assessment & Coaching programs and services. Dr. Dennen’s clients include AT&T, Chevron, Citizens Bank, Corning Glass, Federal Express, General Electric, Gillette, Hershey, IBM, Port Authority of NY/NJ, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Serono, Unicco, Verizon, Volkswagen, and the U. S. Departments of EPA, FBI, FAA, GSA, IRS, NASA, NIH, USCIS, Coast Guard and the CIA and various DOD Departments. Dr. Dennen received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College, a Master’s Degree in History from Tufts University, and a Doctorate in Learning Systems Design and Adaptation from Boston University.

Linde Ghere is HPL’s Practice Leader for HPL’s Communication and Conflict Resolution training programs and services. As a former Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Training Manager, Ms. Ghere’s specialty is coaching leaders and employees on how to collaboratively resolve conflicts, deal with difficult situations and/or people and how to communicate more effectively. Ms. Ghere’s clients include: MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Maxton Technologies, the Departments of Interior and Agriculture. Ms. Ghere has a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University, and dual bachelors’ degrees in Industrial Engineering and Physics from The Pennsylvania State University and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Ghere is certified in more than 30 leadership and communication programs. She also administers the DISC communication style assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.

Marc Spaulding, Ph.D. is HPL’s Practice Leader for HPL’s Lean Improvement training programs and services. Dr. Spaulding’s clients have included American Express Bank, ARAMARK, AT&T, Ciba Geigy, Citizens Utilities, Entergy Corporation, Eveready Battery Corporation, Federal Express, Federal Mogul, General Public Utilities, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, and Northrop-Grumman. Government clients include the State of New Hampshire, various DOD agencies, GSA and VA. Dr. Spaulding received a B.A in Liberal Arts, an M.A. in Sociology and a Ph.D. in Sociology: Work & Organizations from Bowling Green State University.
